Family Day at the Florence County Museum

From toddlers to grandparents, Family Days at the Florence County Museum are sure to offer something for everyone. Join us the second Saturday of each month from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm for Family Day at the FCM. No registration required. Free of charge.

Making Music doesn’t require an expensive instrument. Throughout history people have made their own musical instruments out of objects that were available to them. Learn how to make your own instrument from things you have around the house. Creativity and music combine in this fun studio Activity!
Multipurpose Room

Create an artwork inspired by your favorite plants and flowers. Participants will use a printmaking technique to create an original artwork that captures the beauty of nature.
Interactive Education Gallery

Experience Connections, the unique collaboration between visual artist, Nancy Griffin, and composer, Dr. Sherry Woods, in this multi-sensory Interactive Education Gallery exhibition. Enjoy live musical performances in the gallery and Lobby from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
